I was born second of nine children in Nashua, NH. My dad was a small businessman who raised and provided for us running a bicycle shop..through our backyard to his shop. I was selling bicycles when I was 7 years old when they were still toys $19.95 for a 20" Schwinn. As you can see, selling has been a part of my life for a very long time...
I attended Catholic schools through my freshman year in college(Chemistry major)... Then I spread my wings and moved to Boston..shortly after meeting Jay, my current and only husband...some of you remember the 60's!!! need I say more?
Did a few semesters at Northeastern University more sciences... while working at various restaurants, Anthony's Pier IV for one. Jay worked in restaurants, then the Parker House Hotel first in the Last Hurrah..then moved on to Banquet Manager.
Started a family...3 fabulous kids!, worked in restaurants in various capacities... to be able to be home with the kids. including Dining room manager, short order cook, and sous chef.
Started a catering business..then opened a restaurant... TOUGH TOUGH BUSINESS...
2 years of 24/7 we closed the restaurant and headed for new careers... back to school this time me for accounting and business while Jay for computers.
While in school ..answered a newspaper ad for Real Estate... Jay got a job with New York State...and the rest of the story is all uphill...
